Our Global Reach

The Animal Alliance is a U.S.-based nonprofit organization with a global mission: to uplift animal welfare in Latin America by mobilizing compassion, education, and resources. While we do not operate rescue programs in the United States, we actively collaborate with animal welfare experts, donors, and advocates here to support the lifesaving work of grassroots partners abroad.
From the heart of Nicaragua to the coastal communities of Mexico and beyond, our impact is made possible through trusted local partnerships—with organizations like Rescate Animal Nicaragua and Refugio Animal Holbox—who lead on-the-ground efforts to protect and care for animals in need.
Our role is to amplify their work, build community engagement around their mission, and foster long-term solutions through:
- Strengthening Local Organizations: Providing the tools and resources local leaders need to thrive.
- Promoting Humane Education: Encouraging kindness, empathy, and responsible pet care through community-based learning.
- Connecting People to Purpose: Offering U.S. supporters meaningful ways to get involved and make an international impact.
